Highest-scored exchange cards
An exchange card is judged on the exchange as much as on the plastic. Inputs are the ladder of tiers, spending ceilings, the reward rate and, crucially, the territories in which the card is really handed out.
Rewards paid in the exchange’s own token look generous on paper. The score takes the token’s volatility into account instead of copying the headline percentage.
Because the card follows the exchange account, a restriction there ends the card too. Reports of that kind lower a placing, and the review describes them.
